What You Should Be Doing Right Now
I have been talking with so many people in the past few weeks about investing in Real Estate here in Saint Louis... 

And everyone is asking the exact same thing...

WHAT SHOULD I BE DOING RIGHT NOW as we are in the midst of the shut down due to the Corona Virus...?

Buying? Selling? Holding? Twiddling thumbs?

Fear has gripped a lot of people, and I'd like to tell you what I'm doing that just might help many of you.

Right now, I'm focused on helping people stay on top of what's happening in REI. This means setting them up with the right training, helping establish the right mindset, the right funding sources, the right buyers and sellers, and helping walking through properties that might be candidates for their next projects.  

You know the good news is people are still buying houses to live in. There still seems to be a pretty strong demand for houses right now and the supply of houses for them to buy is still very low.. Interest rates are still super low, and lenders are still lending money. 

So, the bad news.. 22 million plus in jobless claims, in the past month, likely more to come, governments are struggling on when to open things back up and even when they do, I don’t see things going back to normal with the snap of the fingers… Lenders are starting to require more money down for certain programs, tighter guidelines as a result, appraisers are becoming more conservative, sellers are hesitant to put their homes on the market…. So many people are worried about the economic impact this is having… and the world is burning out there as a result.  

Bottom line here guys, is we are going to get through this. Not today, not this week, maybe not even by summer, however, we are going to get through this, and there is no doubt in my mind there will be a mess to clean up, with more opportunities to buy houses cheaper than we could have just 30 days ago.
